PACDA develops strategic initiatives with other professional organizations to expand the visibility of our association and our members. Through these alliances and partnerships, PACDA members gain access to expanded professional development opportunities, sometimes at a reduced cost. Increased opportunities for networking occur, as members of partner organizations are encouraged to attend PACDA Programs.

Middle Atlantic Career Counseling Association MACCA provides a specialized, supportive and diverse organization where career professionals in the Middle Atlantic States can enhance the quality of their skills while networking and collaborating with others in the field. Learning & Development Professionals of Greater Philadelphia offer professional development opportunities focused on best practices in Instructional Design, Facilitation, and Learning Technology. Sessions are hands-on learning experiences where participants apply what they learn and gain valuable feedback and insights for improvement opportunities in a collaborative environment. L&D Philly offers PACDA members discounted rates on select workshops and events.
ATD Greater Philadelphia Chapter A vibrant community of professionals who develop talent in organizations including trainers, facilitators, instructional designers, organizational development consultants, and educators from multiple disciplines. The chapter is noted for its high quality programming, popular special interest groups (SIGs), and outstanding regional conference (now in its 3rd year). ATD-PHL strives to be an invaluable source of information, support, and networking for L&D professionals in the Philadelphia metro area.
New Jersey Career Development Association The New Jersey Career Development Association (NJCDA) is a state division of the National Career Development Association (NCDA). NJCDA seeks to advance the discipline, science, and activities of career development including career coaching, advising, and counseling. NJCDA's vision is to provide service to the public and professionals involved with or interested in career development by providing professional development activities, publications, research, public information, professional standards, advocacy, and recognition for achievement and service.
National Speakers Association - Philadelphia Chapter The National Speakers Association, Philadelphia Chapter (NSA-PHL), formerly called NSA Mid-Atlantic (NSA-MAC), is one of 38 chapters and local networks of the National Speakers Association (NSA) across the country, each providing services to their members, primarily environments for learning and professional growth. |

Career Thought Leaders is a think tank for coaches, counselors, resume writers, and other professionals looking to stay up to date on trends, expand their practice, and guide clients to success.
Maryland Career Development Association MCDA is a division of the Maryland Counseling Association (MCA) and a state division of the National Career Development Association (NCDA). MCDA’s vision is that all career professionals provide the most effective and efficient services in an ethical manner. The Maryland Career Development Association’s (MCDA) mission is to promote a forum where career professionals network and share resources to ensure the quality of career services to the standards of the National Career Development Association.
