Amy Walker

Dr. Amy Walker is a licensed psychologist specializing in career and sports psychology, and general psychotherapy. With over 23 years of experience, she has offered counseling, coaching, and consulting services to global communities from the U.S. to Qatar, serving diverse clients. In her career psychology roles, she has overseen university career services centers at Penn State and Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar. Dr. Walker served as a Career and Executive Coach for TSA, FDIC, and NASA. She is also the Founder of Walker Insights Counseling & Consulting, LLC where she provides professional development coaching and organizational development services for U.S. diplomats.

Raymond Ayinde
Raymond believes everyone deserves a decent job. With a background in research and business development, he is dedicated to helping people in Africa and the Middle East find meaningful work that changes their lives. As a certified job search coach, he writes resumes and offers job search strategies to professionals in the Middle East. Now, Raymond is advocating for career development in these regions. He wants to help career coaches access best practices, professional development courses, webinars, and resources. He knows that meaningful work impacts not just individuals but also their families and communities.

Gillian Kelly

Gillian is a career development coach, multi-credentialed Master Executive Résumé Writer and certified Personal Branding Strategist. She is a passionate speaker about modern career storytelling; building career capability for the future of work; and career marketing in a technological world. As a Director of Outplacement Australia, she has worked with the workforces of leading Australian organisations. As a multi-award-winning résumé writer, she has been an invited judge for the past five years in the international Toast of the Résumé Industry Awards and is a certifying panel member on the CDI Résumé Writer Certification Committee. She is a Fellow of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and was the CDAA Queensland Divisional President between 2014 and 2016. She was the 2020 CDAA Queensland Excellence Award Winner (Individual Practitioner) and Outplacement Australia were recognised by the Career Development Association of Australia with a Highly-Commended award in 2017 for Excellence in Organisational Career Development.

Ann Nakaska

Ann Nakaska, BA, M.Ed., CDF, has over 15 years of experience in career decision-making and planning, with a background spanning business, psychology, and career development. Specializing in the future of work, she researches the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on career opportunities and work trends. 


Ann has presented at conferences across North America and is known for her engaging, insightful talks that explore labor market shifts and offer practical insights into the evolving workplace.


Martyn Redstone

Martyn is an AI and Automation Consultant with nearly two decades of experience transforming recruitment through technology. Long before ChatGPT made AI trendy, he was helping hiring teams work smarter, not harder. A former mobile communications engineer turned recruitment tech guru, Martyn now specialises in Conversational AI, streamlining operations and improving candidate experiences. When he’s not automating recruitment, you’ll find him trying to explain to his kids what he actually does for a living—usually with mixed results. He’s passionate about using AI to make job seeking and hiring more efficient (and a little less painful).

Chris Webb

Chris Webb is a Registered Career Development Professional, currently working as a Career Consultant in the Higher Education sector. A member of the Career Development Institute (CDI), the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) and the Careers Writers' Association (CWA), Chris is also a freelance careers writer and podcaster, and co-hosts the CDI's fortnightly #WeAreCareers show, as well as authoring the popular weekly LinkedIn newsletter #TheWeekInCareers.

Matthew Vohs

Matthew Vohs is an entrepreneur and business executive with a diverse background in various industries. His career journey showcases a progression from the textile and garment industry to talent management and career services. Early in his career, Matthew gained significant experience in the textile and garment sector: He held a managing director role at Autonomy Ladieswear prior to this served as a managing director at Harry Vohs & Son, which wase a family business in the same industry.


In 2013, Matthew founded V&C Associates, a company focused on providing premium talent management services. As the CEO of V&C Associates, he expanded his professional scope to serve clients in both the private and public sectors His most recent entrepreneurial endeavour is O50C, where he serves as the Founder and CEO. This company specializes in connecting individuals aged 50 and above with career opportunities across various sectors, addressing a specific niche in the job market. 

Marie Zimenoff

Marie Zimenoff, CEO of Career Thought Leaders and Resume Writing Academy, knows career services have the power to change lives. She began her professional career as an advisor and recruiter for the Colorado State University mechanical engineering graduate program while completing her Master of Education in Human Resource Studies and Career & Counseling Development. In 2008—the peak of the Great Recession—Marie left the university to start her business. 


 Inspired by a passion to make a difference in the industry, she trains career professionals around the globe in resume writing, career coaching, and business development. She has delivered hundreds of career and leadership development programs, designed curriculum, and provided staff training in workforce, corrections, university, community college, and business environments.
