Intergenerational Differences & the Job Search with Virtual Networking (10-17-2024)

In keeping with PACDA’s mission to provide professional development and networking opportunities, we invited career practitioners to get to know each other, promote relationship building, and discussed key challenges with other professionals within their primary affiliation. There was an introduction, providing key points around the impact on job search of intergenerational differences in work style and culture. Breakout groups discussed and reported strategies for adapting career coaching messages and practices for different generations.
